Healing From Medical Trauma

Together we will go on a journey to create your path to healing from medical trauma. You will get seven days of daily lessons that offer you a guide to feeling better and healing. Making changes isnā€™t easy work, but it is worth it. Commit to yourself that you will complete this course over the next seven days (only one week!) and you will be on your way to healing.

By the end of this program, you will:

  • Have clear goals set for how you want to feel and a plan to get there

  • Understand how medical trauma is affecting your life

  • Start to build a sense of safety in your body and/or surroundings

  • Create a toolbox of resources that help you regulate your nervous system

  • Feel more empowered to advocate for yourself
